I've been having the same problem. I contacted support a few weeks ago, and I received an automated mail saying that they are working on fixing the payment issue, and they have extended my subscription. But still nothing and now I can't watch on my account any longer.

Is it safe to use your bank details to log in? That seems suspect to me
Also not comfortable to log into our actual bank account with pin!!!
How do we pay? We got the ZAR payment option. But now you pick your bank and they want bank account nr and pin? Not comfortable to go thru that payment process!! Anyone else done this payment option or any advise?
