i am having the same issue trying to renew and it does now allow me to renew,saying foreign bank cards not allowed

I'm also having the same problem in México.
I can't pay with credit card, direct transfer nor any other payment method.

I've been having the same problem. I contacted support a few weeks ago, and I received an automated mail saying that they are working on fixing the payment issue, and they have extended my subscription. But still nothing and now I can't watch on my account any longer.

How do we pay? We got the ZAR payment option. But now you pick your bank and they want bank account nr and pin? Not comfortable to go thru that payment process!! Anyone else done this payment option or any advise?

Did you manage to find a way to make payment? Seems like finding a My Family Cinema reseller could be an option to buy Recharge Codes?
