Trouble purchasing plan
Anybody else having trouble purchasing a subscription plan from Australia and paying by credit card? I’ve tried multiple times over a period of months and I get a message and email saying “Your MFC payment failed, please try again.” Can anyone explain why this is happening or a fix. I’ve tried a couple of times to contact MFC through their contact page and through their support email address without success.
when you put in your details to pay your plan you will see there is a prompt underneath your payment pending, it says Pay Now. Press on that follow through on the prompts and there you go. Hopefully it helps
