Hi,

New here.  My free subscription expired today so I logged in and selected a new plan.  I went through the process, completed the payment details and click buy.  I did not get an email or anything confirming the purchase and my account shows that there is a plan, invoice number, etc. but it says the status is "paying" and "unfinished".  When I log into the app on my android box it says 0 days left in subscription.  Any help would be appreciated.

Normally, when your payment has been finished successfully, our system will add the valid service period to your account automatically.
