Plan Payment - harps5 - 10-10-2018

Hi,

New here.  My free subscription expired today so I logged in and selected a new plan.  I went through the process, completed the payment details and click buy.  I did not get an email or anything confirming the purchase and my account shows that there is a plan, invoice number, etc. but it says the status is "paying" and "unfinished".  When I log into the app on my android box it says 0 days left in subscription.  Any help would be appreciated.

To protect your personal information, please offer your order ID to mfc@vmfc.io, our customer service will follow your payment and give you feedback.
Normally, when your payment has been finished successfully, our system will add the valid service period to your account automatically.
