I have just bought a B-TV Box Bx that already comes with an MFC plan together.

However, there's no Cloud Account, so there's no movies/series connected at all on my device.

I'm trying to contact the B-TV support but it is very difficult.

Could you check my login if I send my MAC in a private message?

MFC is the platform for playing videos and providing information. So we don't provide any content and make the notice on the official website.
Before you want to play some videos by MFC, please make sure there are videos named by MFC standard on your cloud. You can import the contents to the MFC follow the guidance.

I thought BTV users had an automatic user account associated with MFC, because other users say that they just connect the box on internet an play the movies without need to upload any content.

I'm very sad with this.
