Hi,
    After I downloaded and created an account for MFC, I am unable to login on the app from my MXQ Pro box. Below are the steps i followed:
  1. I registered and created an account on the MFC website-free trial period
  2. Received confirmation email to validate my registration
  3. On MFC app, the page that requires "account" &  "passwords" will not populate alpha characters only numbers
 I just downloaded and registered for the account today, it is my my first time login yet it won't let me.What seems to be the problem?

Please help!!!!
