Hello,

 I am new to this service, I paid for a year service today and it show I have 364 days left and payment received, but when I try to use the service..I keep getting ...Your service expired, pick a plan.....
I have already reset the box, tried to clear cache..Not sue how you do that...and still no service...

What is the next step to fix this problem?

Please try to correct the date information of your box. By clicking the Settings>date to correct it to the right date and install ClockSync from appstore.
