Hi Team, 

I have purchased MFC

Payment received and confirmed online. I am able to log onto my MXQ Box but unable to watch anything as I have no cloud and system advising I am not connected  Angry Angry

MFC is a playing platform, we don't provide any content. So, you need to import clouds by your self, here is two guides may help you: https://vmfc.io/mfc/how-to-connect-your-personal-cloud/ and https://vmfc.io/mfc/let-your-media-recognized-by-mfc/
