Hi there I am in the same boat here and my subscription was cancelled / expired 31 July and i cannot reactivate as no option for ZAR and debit order or credit card so how long is this going to take to resolve as its actually quite ridiculous as all was working 100% on monthly and now its taken away and we cannot sign up for quarterly or yearly as no ZAR banking options available

Do not trust them. There is no way to verify if he's legitimate and you could very well get scammed. MFC are looking at the problem and will fix it.

The email I have been receiving says that MFC is working tirelessly on this issue, but two weeks later and still nothing. Is there a solution for this, some transparency would be nice.
