I am from south africa and could not make a payment like a normally do, south african currency is not available, and payment with credit card or even paypal is not available.

What's going on?

Me pasa lo mismo, soy de Republica Dominicana y no puedo pagar la membresia como antes lo hacia, con tarjeta de credito, mastercard o visa, tampoco aparece el pago con paypal

If you are from South Africa, payment options have been removed. Don't bother trying with the other currencies it will fail. I suspect that monochoice have something to do with it.

There is another platform available but I can't mention the name here. Send me a pm on MyBB forums for further info.

@myfamilycinema support, I encountered the same problem. No ZAR or credit card option.
Can we expect feedback on this problem from MFC or should South African users be looking for a new platform?

Agreed, I just tried to renew my account and there are no options for ZAR or BP, hope this will be fixed soon!

I got a message on Instagram from my family Cinema, fan club.en. stating they can help. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate profile or not ?

hola soy de Costa Rica y tambien mi cuenta quedo deshabilitada y no hay forma que pueda cancelarla con paypal, ni con tarjeta. tambien no puedo acceder a la pagina principal desde que vencio el plazo y eso que tenia pago automatico mes a mes
