My Family Cinema has the worst customer service in the world. They should be called MFC Idiots.
I've been My Family Cinema user for many Years and also recommended it to a lot of people. It is so embarrassing now that people in the US can't pay to renew their service. I told him when they call me up. I'm having the same problem mind up in a couple days. I sent many emails many and I do get a response. It's automated telling you to fill out the form and they will be added. No days been added and idiots keep sending the same email. I filled out the forms I dozen times sent pictures of them. Send pictures of my account of my granddaughters account. They locked her out after her free trial and it and she was told that they was going to add time to her cause she wanted to pay , she just got her first appointment. She went back to Netflix now each email when I do get something back says the same thing when you complete the form you will get time. The only thing different is the name of the person that sends it. I put complaint to the Better Business Bureau the international  consumer bureau.  When I get an email back from My Family Cinema idiots I respond to it and I sent each one 50 times. It seems like if you just send one email you get nowhere send a whole bunch flood the system You get a response. Every agency that I put a complaint into told me that My Family Cinema got the most complaints of any other company. There's no reasoning that's why they don't have a phone number. I even tried to go to a different country where they have credit cards Visa and try to pay through that Country With a visa, but don't work it keeps saying that the ZIP Code is not right. I even contacted Visa and told them and the lady tried to help me and she couldn't even put in my information it wouldn't take it. She even said that dish seem like a scam because if you want to use your visa to pay, you should be able to cause it's the same using Visa is the same same as, what other countries you put it in and the visa itself cannot do it what does that tell you. If it's really was a problem My Family Cinema fix this with no problem but something else is going on and not telling what it is. I promise if I find a solution , I will post it. Hopefully, if we all work together, something will come up and be back to normal. I hope that everyone had a fantastic and and safe Thanksgiving.
I just like to say one last thing for now.
We are all human and have to live on the planet together so instead of fighting and killing lets all get along no matter what color or race. If we all cut our finger. We all breed the same RED.

This has been going on for months now, with the same canned answer, that it'll be fixed in a few days. Clearly there's a problem, and customer service is nonexistent.  Time to look elsewhere, maybe?  I tried sending a crypto payment a couple of months back, and all that happened was that I lost my money.  The account was never credited for the payment.  I've tried to reach out, but nobody really answers beyond the same cut-and-paste e-mail.  I don't feel like anyone really reads the messages at their end.  Even if they do, there's zero effort to look into or fix the issues.
