There is no payment option for "USD" United States anymore!!! What's going on??

It is almost the end of August. My free trial has just ended. I'm in Australia and I cannot pay to get subscription. I had an automated email like most saying I would get free time. Nothing as yet so I cannot watch now. Come on guys fix the issue.
