Hey, I could really use some advice — how do you guys pick the right mobile dev team? I’ve worked with two agencies before, and while the apps technically worked, the communication and UX were kinda off. Now I’ve got a new idea brewing and don’t want to make the same mistakes again. What do you look for before signing anything?

I totally get what you mean. A few years ago, I rushed into working with a dev team based on their portfolio alone. Big mistake. The app was delivered late, and we kept running into weird bugs because the backend wasn’t fully thought through. Lesson learned. For my next project, I spent more time researching and comparing. I ended up finding a solid option — read here: https://agileengine.com/mobile/. What I liked is that they didn't just talk code — they helped with product logic, design thinking, and were super collaborative throughout. Huge difference from before.

Just browsing the forum and saw this thread pop up — always interesting to see how different people approach working with tech teams. I’m not currently building anything mobile-related, but I’ve been thinking about dabbling in app design someday just for fun. Even if you're not in deep, it's good to get a feel for how others are navigating stuff like hiring, timelines, and expectations. Thanks for sharing your stories — helps demystify the process a bit for the rest of us.

thanks for sharing. And If you enjoy challenging arcade experiences, slope games is a must-try. The game keeps you on edge with sudden twists, high speeds, and intense action. Perfect for a quick gaming break anytime.
