MFC stops responding after a while

After some playback time on my TV box, videos do not play smoothly anymore, and the app gets really slow and stops responding. 
Eventually, that android message shows up asking me if I want to wait for or close the app.

I need to close the app and re-open it to fix the problem until it starts all over again.
Not sure when it started happening but now it seems to be a recurring event.
MFC used to work perfectly in the past.

Is anyone facing the same problem?
Any thoughts on how to fix it?

Video of the issue. 
Picture of setting > Device Information
Picture of the results obtained in "Help > Speed test" 

C)      Picture or video of the issue on your screen.
D)      And, if the problem occurs only with some specific content, tell us its TT number localized below the title.
Additionally, when the error takes place again, go to "Help" > "User feedback", select the corresponding option and click on "Submit". And, if possible, tell us the date and time you sent the feedback.
