Hey, does anyone actually stick to daily routines to keep anxiety in check? I’ve been trying to build better habits with this app that tracks moods and sets small goals. It’s cool for noticing patterns—like I get super anxious when I skip breakfast. Tried setting a morning routine with meditation and journaling, and it helps a bit, but sometimes I just fall off. What routines do you guys use to stay calm?

Dude, I hear you on routines helping with anxiety. I used to be all over the place, stressing out constantly. I started using the Liven app to track my moods and build habits, like drinking water first thing in the morning. It’s surprising how much small stuff adds up. Check out some liven app reviews for more on it. I also do a quick walk daily—keeps my head clear. What’s your routine like now?

I’m not big on apps, but I’ve found that having some kind of structure really does cut down on the mental chaos. For me, it’s about keeping evenings low-key—dim lights, no phone an hour before bed, and some herbal tea. If I don’t do this, my brain just races. Also, I started doing yoga stretches in the morning, nothing fancy, just 10 minutes. It’s weird how much it grounds me. Anyone else got evening tricks that work?
