Hi,

I've been using MyFamilyCinema on the previous Google Chromecast 4K with no issues whatsoever. This past weekend I bought the new Google Streamer 4K and have the app installed and clouds imported with no issues. However, the majority of movies and TV Shows play with no video...only a black screen. I can hear the audio and see subtitles, but no video.

I've tried browsing some of the videos directly from the clouds and it's a hit and miss. Some would work, like the Acolyte TV Show, but the vast majority of the content has the issue with audio only and black screen.

I went back to the Chromecast 4K and everything works perfectly fine. I tried every movie and TV Show that I had tried on the Streamer and they are working as expected.

So it is clear that there is an issue with the app on Google Streamer 4K. Could you please verify it and advice on a potential resolution for the problem? Thank you!

Hi, MFC admin, any advice on what is happening here? Are you able to confirm there is a bug with the app when running on Google Streamer and whether there is a fix in the works?

We have multiple people here facing the same problem.
