Hi guys, Last Sunday my MX9 tv box has broken. So, today I bought a new tv box called MXQ (another brand). So, today when I was trying to access my account with my login moiseschaves@gmail.com gave an error and reported the message: "user equipment has reached the limit"  

My account is a new Year account and I need to fix this problem. Can you guys help me please ?

  •  Plan : Membership plan

  •  Expiry date : 2019-07-28

  •  Remaining days : 269

Can you try to log into your new box again? If you still meet this problem, please take a photo of this notice for us, we will resolve your problem ASAP.
