I have upgraded my plan from a monthly plan to the duo 6 month plan. My monthly plan expired yesterday when I purchased the new plan it wouldn't update on my profile. it shows that the plan is active but the app states that I have no days left. I contacted support, but they are taking forever to get back to me.
