Please can someone assist.  I have just signed my mom up with an account but she is unable to watch anything as it says "No available Content"
What do I have to do.  this is not an internet connection problem

I recently signed up and so far I can not see anything, all with the letter N without being able to see anything! You solved your problem, help me?
