No matter what I am trying to watch, I am constantly getting the connection error box. And when I go into a show or movie now, it begins to stream and then suddenly says the stream has ended and I get an unknown error message. We are unable to watch anything on this account due to the error.
We have a separate account for our bedroom TV and it does not have this problem. It will get the connection box every once in a while but nothing like this account.
We watch MFC on our android box and have tried to reset it numerous times in hopes to fix the problem.

HOW CAN WE FIX THIS PROBLEM?

I met a similar situation the day before yesterday, but when I watch something yesterday, it is already normal.
