I try to watch a movie and it stops after a few minutes, basically kicks me out of the movie.  I have to go out of the app and back into and it doesn't always work.  Has been like this for a week now.  When in free trial worked great as soon as I paid for the subscription does not work properly.   Please help or cancel account.
