I paid for the family plan but I can't use it
I'm doing an exchange program in Australia and I was using MyFamily normally here (I know that Eppicinema is not available in other countries outside of Brazil). However, when I went to renew, the applications did not sync. When I log into MyFamily, it asks me to buy the plan, but when my family members log in, it works normally. They use the same email and have the same UID 105105459 in both accounts. When I log in, I contacted them by opening a Ticket a few weeks ago. I sent all the information that Carol asked me for. She said it was a systemic error and that support would fix it, but it hasn't been fixed for days. I tried to send her another email but I didn't get a response back. So I'm appealing here on the forum to see if I can get help because paying for a plan and not being able to use it is complicated for me. Thank you very much.
