O cant login in app

Quando tento entrar no app na tv box diz essa mensagem que o limite foi atingido... meu email de usuario é senradj@gmail.com ... no aparelho o ID de usuario é 793410 ... me ajudem, obrigado

Hi senradj,
We have deleted the connection between the account senradj@gmail.com and the old box. Can you use MFC on your new box normally now?
