Hi, I want to renew my subscription, but with multiple tries, my payment just keep failing, I'm not sure why, but it could be the address section I filled wrong?, as it's confusing because I've never seen "neighborhood" section before, but if I leave it blank, it will not allow to continue, and first "full address" box is with street number or not? if is with street number, then what is 2nd "number" box is for?  Please help.

I hope I'm wrong but it appears MFC has made it impossible to buy the service. The Zip code even for countries that don't use zip codes and its been made vague as possible with no info on how to fill it in. I think we might be seeing the end of MFC.

I have the same thing. The My Family Cinema customer service idiots don't reply back to you.
They are #1idiots in the whole world.
