App crashing everytime I open it.

My Family Cinema Support Forum Support General Support App crashing everytime I open it.

I have my family cinema installed version 3.2.6 and everytime we open the app and start a show it runs for about 30 seconds and then it crashes and restarts the app. We have tried restarting, unplugging everything, reconnecting and it continues to restart.
