My family account unlinked
I renewed my MyFamily account without linking my personal email to the account that came with the TV Box. The account was unlinked from the device and I don't know the data to access it again. I've already contacted support via the form but no one has responded. Does anyone know how I can get my account back?
I have already provided the payment details for the renewal but have not received any feedback from support.
