Is MFC down in the UK I get the message it is not available in my area and I have been using it for years

I'm in Ireland had problems with subscription last month and tried to renew today using my visa card it won't accept it. Have emailed support twice but no reply. They seemed to have removed the e wallet via Stripe option which was how I paid last month.
I have no idea what to do now. If anyone knows what's going on please post..
