Eu comprei meu btv, e parou de funcionar de uma hora para outra quando eu desliguei e mudei de lugar, fui abrir e estava com erro de conexão, e agora http 502 bad getway, o my family veio instalado com o btv mas achei era problema então desinstalei e reinstalei, mas ainda não funciona com a mesma mensagem. O que eu faço? O email cotado não esta funcionando (mfc@vmfc.io)

I bought the btv, and it my family app stopped working from on moment to another, i just changed rooms and when i turned on again, it stopped working with a message of connection error with the server and now http 502 bad getway, so i uninstalled the my family app and reinstalled but still didn’t work, the email mentioned is not working also, what should i do? (The store i bought is an official btv store that i normally buy and never had a problem)

Surely there's a better explanation? You mean to tell us that all of a sudden service is disabled across all smart TVs, Amazon firesticks and virtually every android box except BTV and MXQ boxes?

Realistically, how many users will be able to readily provide their device mac addresses and order number? What is the rationale behind this decision?

I completed my six-month payment on November 17, 2024. I haven't activated my account yet. Is there anyone trying to make things work? Since there isn't a phone help option, kindly respond to me.
