Hi! New user here.

I already paid the one year subscription price and was provided with the email and such but I can’t seem to log in to my tv box. 

I know I’m typing in the right details but it’s not pushing on.

Please help.

Please offer us your MAC(MFC>Settings>Guide>Next>Device ID), your email which you used to login on our member site(https://member.vmfc.io/login) by private message. We will resolve your problem ASAP.
