I downloaded the app onto my PC and managed to open it with LD Player. However, everything says "Not connected" and the FAQ's keep going on about my personal cloud. I have nothing to upload. I just want to watch shows. What am I doing wrong?

If you have tried watching movies or series on My Family Cinema and all the content appears as "Not connected", it means that you have not yet imported your cloud correctly to the app.

We will ask one of our external resellers to get in touch with you as soon as possible to explain how to import your cloud. Remember to check both your inbox and spam folder to make sure you have received the email.

In the meantime, please take a look of our tutorial video explaining how to do it:
