I need to transfer my MFC account from one device to another, how do I go about doing that?

clarifying, my other equipment burned, and I would like my license to be transferred to the new equipment.

By now, our policy is one account bound with one device. For your situation, we need to delete the connection between your MFC account and your burned box. 
To protect your personal information, please send your MFC account and the MAC of the burned box to mfc@vmfc.io to let our customer service help you to log into your new device.
