MyFamilyCinema is a platform for playing videos from your cloud and providing public movies&series information. So we don't provide any media content.
"Not connected" means there is no cloud resource connected to your MFC account or videos named by Non-MFC standard on your cloud.
You can import your resource from your cloud by following the guidance below:
