Hiho

I'm having issue with the player. The image randomly freezes, but the audio still works fine.

I have to change between sources and play again several times. I had to do that more than 6 times to watch a 20-30 minutes episode.

I’m sure that’s not related to network, because it works for few minutes when changing the source and SEEMS to works 100% if I choose different audio source than the original/native. Example: The Big Bang ~ audio is English, so this problem happens when watching in English, but not in Spanish audio.

I'm using version 3.1.3 on Firetv stick 4k max and “default cloud”.

I already tried to clear the cache, clear data and delete the app. But none of these actions solve my problem.
I found a thread that someone had same problem (https://www.myfamilycinema.help/showthread.php?tid=524), but didn’t posted the solution. I tried what told there, but didn’t solved as said above.

It’s weird that it happens too often when watching something on its native language audio, but doesn’t when watching in some other language audio.

Does anyone faced the same issue and knows how to fix?
