Take Duphaston 10mg Tablet as advised by your physician. Swallow Duphaston 10mg Tablet with a glass of water and do not chew or crush the medicine. Try to take Duphaston 10mg at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food. Do not miss any dose of Duphaston 10mg Tablet in between the therapy, as it may reduce its effectiveness
