Slow video - Mateus Silva - 05-07-2018

The movies and series on the RedBoxes server get a bit slow, as if they were locking a screen
But the MEGA server works fine. What can it be?

And we also need to know when you met this problem and what video you played(tt number) to locate the problem.

ALSO I HAVE PROBLEMS AT THE TIME OF REPRODUCING REDBOXES MOVIES, THE MOVIES ARE CRACKING VERY, MAINLY THE LATEST, HOW TO SOLVE THAT?
