Duo semestral subscription not working on 2 devices - Charmaine Hills - 12-04-2024 Good day I paid for a semestral duo subscription on the 8 Nov 2024. One of the promotions offered at the time. I am unable to watch My family cinema on both devices simultaneously. Two different profiles on 2 different tv boxes but the minute I log into 1, it says too many devices, log one out but I paid for 2 devices. I need both devices to be logged in and watch our favourite movies but have been unable since i paid the subscription. Please help - I am desperate. Tried 13 times per email to support but received no assistance |
