Payment issue - Hatsoff1000 - 10-31-2024

My wife I enjoy MFC a lot and gladly have a subscription. But the recent payment issues are ruining our expectations about MFC. 

I have sent multiple emails and screenshots to MFC support but have still have not gotten a real answer. One email said, "We are working on our payment system...you can try your payment again..." 

I renewed my plan using the MFC payment portal. They use VVWALLET to facilitate the payment, where paying with crypto is an option, which I used. I paid $40 in Polygon coin, got a response from Vvwallet that the payment was received but got nothing from MFC. 

A WhatsApp chat with Vvwallet said the issue is with MFC. MFC STILL hasn't updated my account which is about to expire in 2 more days. 

Why is this so hard? Why can nobody do the right thing? Not only am I about to lose the service that we enjoy so much, and gladly pay for, but I've had my money taken and NO response from MFC.
