When VPN is changed to Portugal I can access the system but unable watch anything as the download is very slow 1KB - 1120KB. My internet speed is 56 MB. It is not a internet speed issue. Something has happend with the upgrade. Please take a look. It's a bit of a pain but if you use Proton VPN. You can log in, connect to the free server. Open MFC and login. Then open the Proton Web page on your phone and sign in. Then go to privacy in settings and revoke the Google home / firestick device. It will log you out on your Google or firestick and you can watch stuff as normal. Without having to cloud MFC on whatever device you're using. Then log into the app. Then without closing the MFC app. Turn the VPN off and you will still be logged in and be able to watch whatever you want. I've not tried this on chomecast or amazon fire stick but it 100% works on mobile. I had the same issue for last 3 months and was able to use it with VPN set to Portugal however now that the subscription came to an end I’m unable to renew because there is no payment option compatible to the UK. I tried multiple times through the last month prior to expiration without any success, sent several emails only had one response where I was asked to send the code that appears below the screen fro the screenshot I sent, I replied but had no response yet. Is quite frustrating. RE: Not available in your area - Drkce - 07-14-2024 My country isn't in the list they have. I've tried every possible way to renew my subscription but all of them have failed. I even tried to contact the reseller and it seems like hey don't care about their users. We all know the price we pay isn't that expensive but at the same time it is NOT free therefore customer service HAS to improve. Those new changes they have made to payment options instead of gaining more users, they will end up losing them. |
